Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Joie purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange & Refund Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Packages cannot be opened or inspected while the courier is waiting.
  • Exchange delivery fees are 50 EGP.
  • Refund return pickup is free of charge.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To submit a request, please contact Joie through one of our official customer service channels and provide:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo of the item received.
  3. Whether you would like an exchange or refund.
